All Gain, No Pain Workshop: Exercises to Stretch Your Body Not Your Workday

Come when you can, the mini-series will be repeated throughout this time slot. Patricia Linderman will lead us through some light, 2-minute exercises you can take back to your office. Using no special equipment except your desk and chair, you’ll learn a series of movements that can counteract the time spent sitting, help you build strength, and reduce aches and pains, including back pain. You’ll also get a PDF handout of exercises so you can add more movement and ease to your workday!

Presenter Patricia Linderman is a former AAFSW president and longtime volunteer. An EFM for 31 years, she is the co-editor of AAFSW’s Realities of Foreign Service Life books.
