AAFSW hosted a Welcome Coffee on August 20, 2026 to welcome newly PCS'd community members. We had a great turnout with many familiar faces and new arrivals!  

AAFSW would like to thank our guest speaker, Deepa Ramesh, the Foreign Service Youth Foundation's (FSYF) new Youth Engagement Coordinator. She told our group about upcoming FSYF programs such as the FS Family Picnic on Sunday, September 27, 2026 in Nottoway Park, Vienna, VA. We look forward to collaborating with Deepa and FSYF in the near future.

Our next Community Coffee will be on Friday, September 18, 2026 from 10am-12pm and will feature Wellness Coach (and fellow EFM) Patricia Linderman who will give a class on Functional Fitness Anywhere. We hope to see you there!
