AAFSW Return and Refund Policy

AAFSW collects payment for membership dues, event participation, and online purchases. AAFSW issues an invoice for every transaction and requires online payment via credit or debit card in U.S. dollars.

Memberships

Membership applications and membership renewals are not refundable. Memberships are renewed automatically for one year upon the renewal date. Members must cancel their membership prior to their renewal date to avoid a renewal charge.

Event Registrations

Event registrations canceled prior to the registration deadline may be eligible for a refund provided AAFSW has not incurred associated expenses. Contact us for details.

Purchases

Online purchases may be refunded subject to the specific terms and conditions at the time of purchase.
